Family_Name: Family Name of the deceased
First_Name: First Name of the deceased
Gender: 0=male, 1=female, GO=unknown These were added on the basis of first names combined with information from the “wiewaswie” database.  Whenever it was unclear GO was assigned. This process was fully manual. [added]
Profession: Profession of the deceased as listed by the heirs. Most likely this is the occupation at death
Hisco: Hisco classification of the profession. This was manually assigned using the 2018 Hisco code book. [added]
Hiscam: Historical Camsis classification, based on Hisco. This was automatically converted to Hiscam L: Later period. c1890-1938 , using a conversion script. [added]
Hisclass: Historical Class Scheme, based on Hisco. This was automatically converted to Hisclass using a conversion script by Maas and Van Leeuwen. [added]
Residence: Place of residence of the deceased on the municipal level.
Place_Birth: Place of birth of the deceased on the municipal level
Age: Age calculated based on year of birth and year of death [added]
Year_Birth: Year of birth of the deceased
Month_Birth: Month of birth of the deceased
Day_Birth: Day of birth of the deceased
Marital_Status: Marital Status of the deceased. A: unmarried, B:married, C:widow(er), D:has children or not
Divorced: 0=no, 1=yes, blank=not listed
Children: 0=no, 1=yes, blank=not listed
Year_Death: Year of death of the deceased
Month_Death: Month of death of the deceased
Day_Death: Day of death of the deceased
Net_Value: Listed net value of the estate in 1921 guilders (meaning gross wealth minus liabilities, as stated in the memorie van successie), CVO= Certificaat van Onvermogen (meaning the deceased was too poor to pay taxes)
Kantoor: Administrative unit where the registration was made. There was a separate Tafel V-bis ledger per kantoor. In total there were 103 of such units [added]
VALIDnetvalue: Dummy variable to indicate the quality of the variable "Net_Value", 1=good, 0=not fully trustworthy or unknown. This variable was added based on the comments made in the variable Info_Logbook or Sum_Logbook. [added]

Class: Wealth class the deceased belonged to. 1= those who owned less than 1000 guilders, 2=0 to 70th percentile, 3=70 to 85th percentile, 4=85 to 95th percentile, 5=95 to 99th percentile, 6=99 to 100th percentile.
