It lists every voter's name, address, birthplace, date of birth, and the amounts of land tax, sales tax, liquor tax, patent tax, or personal tax paid in the preceding year. It was transcribed entirely from the source "Stad Antwerpen Lijst der Kiezers voor de samenstelling der Kamers, Provincie en Gemeente, 1871 / Ville d'Anvers Liste des Electeurs pour la formation des Chambres, de la Province et de la Commune, 1871."
