It includes the socio-demographic characteristics of the respondents (age, gender, occupation, income, political preferences and type of urbanisation). In addition, questions on opinions and attitudes towards the election of the European Parliament, propensity to vote, voting intention, basic attitudes towards society and Spain's entry into the community were also asked.<br> Eurobarometers are a series of public opinion surveys conducted regularly on behalf of the European Commission and other EU institutions since 1973.
