Description This PowerPoint presentation was prepared in the context of the defence of the BISHOPS project proposal. It presents an initial and exploratory project scope, including the objectives, methodology, work packages, governance model, and preliminary budgetary framework. At the time of submission, this scope reflected the envisaged ambitions and requirements of the project prior to funding decisions. Following discussions with BELSPO, and taking into account the available financial and human resources, the project scope was subsequently reviewed and refined. The final scope was therefore adjusted to ensure feasibility, sustainability, and alignment with the agreed funding conditions. This presentation should thus be considered as a preliminary reference document, illustrating the original project intentions rather than the final operational configuration.
