How to log in to SODHA
To deposit datasets or to request access to restricted data, you must be logged in on SODHA.
Logging in with your e-mail address (‘institutional account’)
If you work in a Belgian higher education institution, then you can probably log in to SODHA with your e-mail address and the associated password. All Belgian universities and several Belgian applied science institutions (hautes écoles / hogescholen / Hochschulen) and federal research centers are members of the Belnet R&E Federation, which means their personnel can log in on platforms like SODHA with their professional e-mail address (their ‘institutional account’).
On any page, click on Log In:
Then click on Your Institution:
You can then open the dropdown menu and, if the name of your institution appears, you can select it then enter your e-mail address and your personal password:
Creating your account (‘sign up’)
If the name of your institution does not appear in the list previously mentioned, you can create your account by clicking on Sign Up on any page:
You will then be asked to provide some account information. Fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
